Gram Flour

Gram Flour or commonly known as besan in Pakistan & India can be used for almost all the beauty related problems from treating acne and removing tan to lighten complexion. Believe me, besan has the ability to do it all. And, the best part about this natural product is that it is suitable for all skin types. But, make sure that you use freshly prepared gram flour as the stale one can cause rashes.

Turmeric

Turmeric, used for generations as an antibacterial agent also holds beauty secrets:

  • Anti-aging
  • Facial hair control
  • Improves skin elasticity
  • Control oily skin
  • Lighten pigmentation
  • lighten stretch marks
  • cures acne / acne scars

Honey

Honey’s anti–bacterial properties make it an excellent cleanser for acne and dark spots. Moreover, it has an amazing bleaching effect, so regular use of honey on the affected area can dramatically fade old and new scars/spoys. Honey is very soothing, hydrating and moisturizing. It also helps reduce dark circles when mixed with turmeric.

Yogurt

Chock full of protein, calcium, vitamin D, and pro-biotics (the healthy bacteria that aid in digestion), there’s no doubt yogurt provides delicious benefits for your insides. But it can also do beauty wonders for your outsides as well, namely for your skin.

Yogurt contains lactic acid, an alpha hydroxyl acid, that dissolves dead skin cells. This gentle exfoliation not only helps to create a natural glow and prevent breakouts, but works to diminish the appearance of lines and wrinkles.

When topically applied to the skin, a velvety yogurt face mask will help moisturize, fight acne, prevent premature aging, relieve sunburn, and reduce discoloration.

Almond oil

Almond oil is packed with antioxidants, high in vitamins E, A, D and B, contains protein, essential minerals and healthy fats as well. It is also rich in oleic and linoleic acids. Due to its high nutrient-contents, this oil is widely used as a skin care product.

Sweet or pure almond oil for face or skin works as a great lubricant during a massage therapy. It also acts as an emollient and is good for dry, flaky, irritated skin and for preventing skin spots.

Pure almond oil is a natural solution for getting rid of under eye dark circles and puffiness of the eyes, due to its anti-aging qualities.

Bonus Tip

1. If you have oily skin, you might skip adding almond oil.

2. You can even use the same mask on your hands and feet…
