Lets discuss a simple recipe for all your hair problems.

The recipe needs:

  1. Coconut oil
  2. Garlic
  3. Indian gooseberry (Amla)

(Jump to the end if you are not a fan of the benefits 🙂 But I suggest you read them)

Benefits of AMLA:

Prevents Dandruff:

In winter, we tend to have a personal snowfall from our hair due to annoying and embarrassing dandruff.  Amla juice is extremely effective when it comes to treating dandruff and dry and itchy scalp. It restores the moisture in the scalp and helps you get rid of the dandruff.

Strengthens Hair:

Since ancient times, Amla has been a very common and effective herb while treating hair problems. It strengthens hair follicles, resulting in improved hair growth and less hair fall..

Prevents Premature Graying:

Now a days premature hair graying is a very common problem. Amla is a very effective cure for this problem.

Treats Dry, Frizzy Hair

Use Amla on a regular basis, and you will definitely notice very lustrous and beautiful hair.

Garlic is very well-known for the strong flavours and health benefits it provides. It does have many properties to treat your hair too…

  • Known as a very fast hair growth home remedy that helps in controlling hair fall.
  • It is also known to be a very popular home remedy for scalp fungus. It boosts the blood circulation in the scalp and regenerates hair growth.

In south Asian countries, coconut oil has been used since the ancient times as a popular hair oil to fight almost all the hair problems. Some of those are:

Hair Loss:

It is said to prevent hair from breaking and stimulates the hair growth.

Hair Damage:

Coconut oil helps to reduce the protein loss in damaged hair. Rich in lauric acid, coconut oil is said to have a high affinity for hair protein, and easily penetrates inside the hair shaft.

Hair Conditioning:

Coconut oil is a way better conditioner for your hair than any other available in the market.

If regularly applied, coconut oil can help you get rid of your dandruff problem once and for all.

Split Ends:

Lot of split ends are generally advised to be cut. But why bother cutting your hair away when you can use coconut oil that is an excellent tested remedy for the split ends.

Gray Hair and Baldness:

Coconut oil is very beneficial for treating baldness and gray hair.
